Refund policy

1. General Information

 

  This Refund & Return Policy governs the terms of returns and refunds for products purchased on Armory Corset.

By placing an order and completing payment, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to this Policy.

2. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products
 

  All Armory Corset products are handmade and made to order.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, return and refund conditions are limited as outlined below.

3. Returns & Exchanges
 

3.1. Made-to-Order Items

  Products made according to the customer’s individual measurements or specifications are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

3.2. Manufacturing Defects

  If a customer receives a product with a manufacturing defect, they must:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery;
• Provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the defect.

Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect, one of the following solutions will be offered:
• Repair of the product;
• Replacement of the product;
• Partial or full refund, subject to agreement with the customer.

4. Refunds

 

  Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
• Confirmed manufacturing defects;
• Inability to fulfill the order due to the seller’s fault.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, in accordance with payment system regulations.

Refund processing time depends on the issuing bank and may take 5–14 business days from the date of approval.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, style, or subjective perception;
• Incorrect measurements or information provided by the customer;
• Minor variations inherent to handmade products;
• Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Order Cancellation
 

  Order cancellation is possible only before production begins.

Once production has started, order cancellation and refunds are not possible, as the product is custom-made for the customer.

7. Return Shipping (Approved Returns Only)
 

  In cases where a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or seller error:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
• The product must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
